The Seagate community is one of the first communities established in North Naples in 1958. This charming ungated community has had the benefit of an abundant amount of community involvement over the years. The goal of our two associations is to improve our enjoyment of a quiet lifestyle near both the Gulf of Mexico and the many amenities of the Naples Florida area.
Living in Seagate is Easy
With an eclectic collection of beautiful homes on canals and winding streets, shaded by tall Ficus trees, our associations do not encumber this experience with additional rules, restrictions and guidelines above and beyond those of the City of Naples. We are voluntary associations with the majority of our neighbors being members. Come join us!
- The Seagate Property Owners Association - a property owners association created to represent the best interests of our Community to the agencies of the City of Naples and Collier County and nearby community organizations and groups.
- The Seagate Beach Club Association - an association created to utilize and maintain our Beach Pavilion located on the Gulf of Mexico for the best interest of our members.
- Membership is voluntary in both associations and is available to any property owner in the Seagate Subdivision. Our one page application is easy and is mainly intended to familiarize new members with our association rules. Membership is nontransferable and ends upon the sale of your property. An annual fee applies to both the Property Owners Association and the Beach Club Association. In addition, there is a onetime initiation fee to join the Beach Club.
