• How do I update my user profile?
    You can update your user profile, username, password, and directory preferences by clicking on the Your Profile tab on the upper right hand corner of the Home Page.  
  • What is the difference between a Level 1, 2 and 3 Level User?
    A Level 1 user is the primary User.  A Level 2 user is usually a significant other and a Level 3 user is a child.
  • How do I add an event to the calendar?
    Under the More menu, choose the Calendar submenu.  Click on Add a New Event located on the right side of the page.  Choose the date and time of your event.  Upon approval, your event will be added.  
  • How do I make a Beach Club reservation for a special event?
    The reservation tab is located under the Beach Club dropdown menu on the Home Page.  Simply choose a date and time on the event calendar and submit.  The reservation request will be reviewed and you will receive an email regarding the status of the approval with additional instructions.
  • Does a Beach Club reservation appear on the Calendar?
    Beach Club reservations only appear on the Beach Club calendar.   Add the reservation to the General Calendar for it to appear on both.  
  • How do I make a Beach Club Maintenance Request?
    The Beach Club Maintenance Request form is located on the Beach Club dropdown menu on the home page.  
  • Can I add photos to the website?
    Yes!  You can add your own photos to the website in two ways:
    1. To add to an existing public album, open the album in the Photos Section, click on the Add a Photo link and follow the directions. When your photo is approved, it will appear in the album for Public viewing.
    2. Add photos to a personal photo album through the Your Profile tab on the upper right hand corner of the Home Page.
  • Are there size limits on uploaded photos?
    The maximum sizes for photos are as follows:
    Profile Photo is 3MB or 3000px in any direction.
    Photo Album is 4MB or 4000px in any direction.
  • How do I add an announcement?
    Click on the Announcement feature box on the right hand side of the home page.  Click on the Add New Announcement link and submit for approval.
